Performance Improvement Workshop
| Programme Objectives |
To improve the way that Managers and Team Leaders handle expectation setting, continuous feedback and confronting poor performance with a view to restoring performance to acceptable levels or the termination/re-assignment of the performer. It is considered that most Managers and Team Leaders know the process required but that they lack confidence and skills to manage the process effectively. Each will attend a one day workshop where the theory of Performance Improvement will be revisited and the various skills explained and practiced through role play. (Knowing /Doing) |
| Content |
‘Role Play’: Each participant will play the role of manager, employee and observer using prepared briefs, which demonstrate how to apply the theory. |
| Prerequisites | Good level of course language and experience of delivering performance reviews. |
| Who should attend | All those who have to implement Management by Objectives and the resulting Performance Reviews. |

| Nb of participants | 9 participants. Attendance is limited per session to maximise the value from the role plays. |
