Facilitation Skills

Programme
Objectives

The increasing importance of teams and projects in achieving business results has increased the need for people who have the Facilitation Skills necessary to get the best out of the teams engaged.

Whereas coaching is a method applied to single individuals, facilitation is the skills and art of guiding a group of people to solve their own problems and achieve their objectives without simply giving advice or offering solutions. A facilitator provides the structure and process – enabling groups to function effectively and make high quality decisions.
