Beverley Atkinson

Originally from Great Britain, Beverley worked in technical translation in the telecommunications industry and in import and export in the textile industry. For the past 15 years she has been working in the voluntary sector both as a trainer and facilitator. Her focus is on assisting groups of volunteers to develop skills in leadership, strategic planning, teamwork, risk assessment, effective communication, instructing and programme planning.
As a result of living and working in several countries, Beverley is used to bringing together teams of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Beverley is fluent in English, German, Luxembourgish, French and Spanish, with a working knowledge of several other European languages. She has lived in Luxembourg since 1983 with her husband and two children. Beverley holds a Joint Honours degree in Applied Language Studies, specialising in German Politics and Latin American Studies. |
