Our team

Born in Belgium, Renaud has worked for an IT services company for more than 11 years. He played many roles in software development, quality assurance and software integration, including application training and coaching, for clients in the finance industry. While his experience is mainly in life assurance, he has also worked in a bank and in fund administration.
As a result of working for several companies with people from multiple cultures, Renaud feels comfortable in that kind of environment, being fluent in both French and English.

His current focus is on business coaching, which includes personal and professional changes, as well as facilitating communication between people, building win-win relations and collaborative teams.
Unleashing someone's true potential and improving his/her leadership skills within an organisation is one of his great pleasures.

Renaud holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science, specialising in language theory, thanks to a partnership with the University of Melbourne (Australia). He has received his coaching training from Formation Evolution & Synergie in Avignon (France). He is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner, certified by Society of NLP (USA). Also interested in Neuro-Semantics, Nonviolent Communication and human development in general. He lives with his wife and child in Belgium, near the border with Luxembourg.
